I have these little things all over my glass, ive been trying to take a picture but my camera keeps focusing on whats behind them to get a picture, i will try again later.

They look like to be about 1mm across, with a clear outside with a whiteish tan center point.
Someone said they were baby snails as i do have some nassarius snails.
Any thoughts?

Hard to say without a picture, but I've always got at least 10 of them on my glass and tons more around the rocks and gravel when I look closely. Mine breed like crazy, so probably baby snails. Do they move? I can clearly see mine moving.

It sounds like you are describing a flat worm. Google flat worms and see if they match.

if they are little swirls, and hard to get off, they are a harmless type of filter feeding worm, their populations explode in new tanks sometimes, then balance out. I forget the name but i have them and they have started to chill out

ok i found what i was talking about. Scroll down almost to the bottom under "Sirpulidae". Under serpulidae there are 2 rows with 3 pictures in each row, on the top row the middle picture is what i was talking about. hope this helps, if not search around that link you can find lots of IDs

they are real easy to get off the glass. almost just hanging on.
I cleaned that glass before i got a picture, If i see them again ill take a picture.
