BiGGie's Build

Beautiful specimen of (Zebrasoma flavescens) up for sale. I've had this fish for about 2 years and is gorgeous, not a blemish on it. Roughly 4"-4.5" long and at least 1/2" thick. Link to sale thread: https://bostonreefers.org/forums/in...avescens-for-sale-east-bridgewater-ma.178854/

Nice goldenrod, mine got burned by the sun, what par you running it at?
It's under a ledge partially shaded because of that same reason. I'll check in a bit, but probably 275-350 ish.

@PSU4ME. I couldn't get an accurate reading as there are other corals in the way, but the front side of the coral is getting 414 PAR
Pic doesn't really show depth but 3/4's is under the ledge.

Wow amazing
I wish I had the room. Because I love saltwater corals. Amazing natures creations beautiful colors. I used to have freshwater all my life since my childhood. So I got bored of it because it’s only green color. Not as colorful as salt water. Since I started saltwater I made many mistakes and I lost a lot of coral as well. But that’s how we learn. By making mistakes. Now I’m a pro at it. And I believe saltwater is much much easier than freshwater way easier to me of course but to other people they prefer fresh water because they think it’s easier. And I will never go back to freshwater it’s boring. Lol

I don’t think Fresh water is boring.

Well when I was younger and my teenage years it was boring lol . but I love fresh water as well. . It was boring for me on my younger teenage years. because I had fake plants lol .

When I started with natural habitat natural plants and then it was a game change Because I love nature. You have a gorgeous freshwater tank. I always had Molly’s tropical fish with natural plants when I was my early 16 years old. I had a freshwater tank for five years with natural plants and it was gorgeous as well plants were growing and I would have to harvest and I would give it away for free and I would also give it away for free Plants and baby Mollies. because my mollies were breeding babies all the time.

Had a lighting mishap with the frag tank and had to jam everything in the display. Just sitting staring here with my Boston Reefers glasses and thought I'd share.

I love those free Boston Reefer Society glasses I use them when I’m driving it’s super comfortable When I’m driving it’s super clear and it’s amazing when you look at the fish tank
