Brown stuff on the glass?

A quick question.. I have a 55 gallon FOWLR tank and put three damsel type fish in on Wednesday and the fish seem to be doing well. Just today though, getting a brown clored stuff on the glass along the bottom edge where the sand and the glass meet? Not sure what it is? Algae? If so, is this the need for a clean up crew type thing to get rid of or what is the best option for this and the best way to solve?

Sounds like the typical diatom bloom.
