dremel attachment?

They make a thinner blade and a half moon blade. Half moon blade would be good for cutting frag plugs. Thin blade for cutting smaller areas. Here is a pic, but I think they make other blades for other surfaces.

IMO it would work just like a rotary blade. It would cut a little slower and maybe not quite as effecient, but no spray and no heating up the material.

They make a carbide blade. I haven't found a diamond blade yet though.

hmm interesting, if you try it out let us know how it goes. I'd be interested to see, because a dremel is great, but the only downside is that you do burn some flesh...
