Do these work/fit on a T5 ballast ? I thought they were T12s

Keep the halide. 14k phoenix bulb. 2 x true actinics 2x purple plus. I used this setup, and it was great.

I'm only adding 2 more bulbs too my halide.

Coral plus or any bulk with lower kelvin like 10K or 6.5K.

Blue plus is a good combination of color and growth.

I think i want to swap out my purple+ for another actinic. That way I would have a coral+, blue+, and 2x actinics.

What's the tank dimension? Any flexibility on adding two more bulbs? I think you should have at least two blue plus. But if you're using only blue plus and actinic, it'll be very blue and possibly not enough go par. But if you can can two more bulb, I would do
2xblue plus
2xcoral plus
2xactinic.

As of right now, no. The money isn't there for a new fixture. The tank is 48x18x24 90 gallon

Okay, 18" probably won't need 6 bulbs but you'll be limited at 4 bulbs.
Maybe cut down the actinic and add more blue plus
2xBlue plus
1xCoral Plus
1xActinic
