Little Giant Pump Question

Hi All,
I have a Little Giant (U-62) pump that I picked up used. It's a bit noisy. Are these pumps suppose to be serviced or oiled? Any suggestions on how to quiet this thing would be appreciated.

Not sure what the U-62 is, but the externals need oiling every 6 mos. There should be 2 oil ports on it. Just a few drops each. Can you post a link to the one you have?

I had the model # of the outer shell. the true # is 4-MDQX-SC

I couldn't find any info on how to service (oil). Your help is appreciated.
