1 fish breathing heavy

So a day or 2 ago I noticed one of my juvi clownfish breathing heavy. Every other fish in the tank is business as usual. I did add a mystery wrasse about a week prior to this. Other fish are hippo tang, orange shoulder tang, powder brown tang (those 3 are about 6 inches) then a bunch of smaller fish, 4 chromis, royal Gramma, chalk bass and a very small rabbit fish. All in a 125 gallon. I did kick up a lot of sediment in my sump, like stuff that has been in there for years and it did stink to high heaven! Everything was clear in an hour or 2 and I am having a little hair algae outbreak since that but all my parameters are pretty solid. Any ideas what it could be?

Those parasites afflict clownfish, but usually not other species.

Looks normal besides the heavy breathing. The other clown looks fine as well.
