I was going to by a Neat Aquatic feed port and then I read the reviews and they were not so great. I then found this print online and it ended up printing great. I’m printing them in PETG so it is reef save and should stand up to UV light. Let me know if you want one and I will print for free for members only. I found this feeder cup that works well with the port. If anyone wants one let me know. Here is the original file https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5601230 . If you are printing scale the x and y down to 95% and it will fit into the feed port. You can increase or decrease the z scale to shorten or lengthen.

Can you leave the cup in with the hinged door? Or is it one or the other?

It’s one or the other. The feeding port does not have a hinge assembly, I suppose it could be designed and printed with one though.

Feed port is useful so you don’t have to take off the whole lid. I use the feed cup to melt frozen food and keep it contained while slowly releasing.

I could use one, Right now i open the lid cometely for feeding. This will be a nice thing to have.

I’m still relatively new to the whole sump and fish tank plumbing game. How do the loc lines go together/come apart? I have one in my 60 cube but would like to change the nozzle does it just pop off? I never wanted to try as I didn’t have a backup and didn’t want to break it lol. I’ve been thinking about printing one of these random flow generators as well.

Ah mines going to break then haha. Thanks for the info and the file I’ll have to add it to my lineup. I’m still having too much fun with it, the raft tip for pla has been such a game changer and it seems to enjoy the lower temp of the bed and extruder as recommended.

Have you tried printing any of the actual loc line segments they have on there? I keep reading comments and majority say they are really loose.

1" Loc-Line Segments by coogle

A few 1" segments of Loc-line I designed based off of another project. These are sized to nicely fit existing Loc-Line brand 1" segments pretty well.
