i think i foumd out why my bts and softys were dieing i had been using a hydrometer it eas saying my salt was 1.025 and this was after cleaning it some told me to get a new hydrometer so i did and the reading that that hydrometer said salt was off the scale did a water change to get salt down now reading 1,024 by hydromeater . took some water and had it tested and it came back 1.016 witch is low so i was told the best way to check for salt is with a refractometer so i got on i calabrated it and checked my salt again and with the meter came back 1.016 this was l lesson well learned
