Advice for painting room with DT?

We will be painting my living room. I’m unsure what to do about fumes, if anything. Would putting my skimmer air inlet tube outdoors be enough?

Turn the skimmer off. Turn off all the flow. Cover it with a blanket. Try to paint the wall where the tank is fast. Then put the tank back where it goes and keep the skimmer off and covered. Try to aim your wave makers away from the surface. You don't want surface agitation. Open a window if you can. After an hour after you finished painting you can turn everything back up.

Yeah if you can cover it and turn off anything the could pull air (skimmer) I think you’ll be ok. Keep good ventilation in the room as well
