I have two MH 250W lights and one of my lights is not turning on. When I turn on the ballast it hums and I see blue in the light, but it never turns on so I plugs my second light into the same ballast and it works fine. My question is how do you know the bulb has gone. Does it show a blue light streak in the bulb that looks like it's trying to turn on? Or do you think there is something wrong with the light itself?
