I have some coralline that is starting to turn white at the very top of tank on the glass probably the top inch or so. all parameters are in check and the only thing that has changed is water flow. I just got a wp25 last week and have wave on surface where before not so much. Curious if this might be the cause. Thanks

I have found from experience that coralline algae dies when exposed to too much air. The top 2 inches of my tank has no Coralline algae do to it being exposed too long during water changes. Is it possible that your added flow is causing some to be exposed to air?

must have been the exposure to air for a longer period of time than usual, had a delay during my last water change and it was exposed for about 45 minutes or so. Thanks for info
