cover or home - made overflow to cover pvc pipe

I'm just trying to figure out a way to cover my pvc pipes for the overflow. Wasn't sure if buying an overflow box was an option considering my tank has been up and running for a few weeks. I don't know about drilling it because of it already being set up with fowlr for now eventually once I pick my light it will be completely reef. I have a 40g breeder with wet dry filter as sump. Anyone have any ideas of how to cover these pipes? Background is black so figured black would be better to make it blend in.

I think you really need to provide more detail on how its plumed and exactly what your trying to cover. If you do that I'm sure you will get some good input to help you out.
