Just wondering for all the folks who use controllers, do you adjust your controllers time or do you leave it alone. Every other time I've adjusted the time, but this time I'm thinking of leaving it alone. Seems more natural to me than shifting the light cycle

I change my time a little every 2-3 days over the course of a few weeks.

Isn't changing the clocks a human made practice, the sun still sets and rises at the same "time"

I change it as I like to be able to view that tank until a certain time everyday.
