I have had one problem after the next with Digital Aquatics - specifically, I upgraded an expensive component a year ago to measure salinity. the probe never worked correctly and after multiple complaints by many, the probe was pulled.
DA assured me that the problem would be fixed soon but a year later they haven't. They also will not refund me and say I need to be patient.
Another issue is pH. I need to calibrate it almost every week.
if you look at they're site on RC all you see are complaints. DA responds by immediately saying to go to there site where you often find no fix. Usually you see that the next upgrade will fix.
Other than the RKL for temperature contol and lighting (I use it on my discus tank) I could never recommend their products.
