Hello all, wanted to see if the group could help diagnose what might be happening with my orange shoulder tang.

He’s ~11 inches and eats like a pig and been in the display for aprox 4 months. He was not quaratined when we first got him as we didn’t want to stress him out by putting a fish of his size is a 30 gallon for a month. When we first got him he had a ton of flukes, FW dipped for a few minutes and tons came off. He was in the display before the dip, so we did 2 rounds of prazipro in the display just in case, didn’t want them spreading to the other fish. This was aprox 3 1/2 months ago.

Now he has these abrasions/sores on him in 4 spots but only on one side, and am wondering what this could be. Could he have flukes again? Could the flukes be causing the sores? No other fish is exhibiting systems of any disease, other than the Achilles who gets a spot of ich every once in a while

I’ve attached a photo of the sores, any help would be much appreciated. Tia
