DIY plans for phosphate remover?

I just added my Phosban reactor from Two Little Fishes.
It's great. Right now I'm running 1/2 carbon and 1/2 GFO in there.

I'd like to just run GFO in the Phosban and have another fluidized carbon reactor.
I wonder if anyone know of plans ot make a carbon reactor in a PVC tube that'd work just like the Phosban, and could be driven by one of the old MaxiJet powerheads I have sitting around.

Tricky part would be how to make the rigid straw down the center work with the inflow from powerhead so the water pushes up from the bottom of the reactor and floats the carbon.

Anyone?

Moe I have one McNally gave me last time I saw him. It is a two little fishes & it is yours if you want it. no valves but everything else is intact, sponges plates, tubes etc
