I buy a idip use bud i ended up reselling to a friend so i never used i have to say they have great customer service .
My friend was having issues with the regaents that the seller gave me and he call them to buy the calcium drop reagen and they make him trow out all the test strips he has and send him a new set of the updated test strips for free .
Try pmin Frenette he may be able to help . He ben using it for some time now
