I ordered a rock flower anemone and a rare euphylia from them. Long story short the anemone was fine and the euphylia was just about DOA. I sent them an email with a photo attached. I received a defensive email and they said it was not dead on arrival because the water in the bag was not brown..... you could clearly tell that this coral was a gonner and was shredded from its own skeleton during shipping because it was bagged wrong. They didn't even offer store credit toward future purchase.
