Frag tank Kit BRS

Bulk Reef Supply used to sell frag kit. It was a frame/stand with plastic frag tank and sump. They dont sell it any more, any ideas why they stopped selling them? Anyone know where else it is available?

Probably can't compete with Petco dollar per gallon sale?
40gallon breeder for $40 is hard to beat. My nephew got the 40B and the metal stand for less than $100 and set up his planted tank over the summer.
