Frag tank setup

I am planning my tank upgrade to include a frag tank. I don't know if I should plumb the frag tank into the main display or keep it seperate incase there is ever a crash in either tank.

I have a 65 display with a 40 breeder sump about 3 months I added a deep blue 80 gallon frag tank to my system and couldn't be happier with my choice so far.

The tank I have planned for my frag tank is a 29 biocube

My frag tank is a separate system from my display just in case something does happen. Although routine maintenance would be easier if it was all tied into one system.
