What's everyone using for their gfo reactors? I have some phosban I'm using up at the moment but looking to switch.

If you have the room you can’t go wrong with the dual reactor and mj1200 setup BRS sells. I sprung for the upgraded silicone hose kit for it as well. A lot easier to install and maintain imo.

Hmm, I've heard and read that GFO is useful but very expensive given how quickly it exhausts itself. Have you considered an algae reactor instead? I believe they accomplish the same goals.

FWIW, I have a gallon of the BRS GFO brand, unopened for sale. Located in Malden.

I already have an algae reactor. My tank!! Hopefully I just have to run the gfo for a few months to get the nutrients and check and water changes will take care of the rest once the algae subsides

I use the stuffs from BulkReefSupply, the cheaper one.

It isn't as clean as the High Capacity one but way cheaper.

Same here. My carbon always exhausts prior to the standard GFO. No reason to splurge on the high capacity GFO, IMO.
