Heaters for phyto culture

So my phyto is in my basement and I use a led light so it does not throw a lot of heat. Once and a while when my basement temp drops a bit I notice my phyto culture sinks to the bottom and growth slows

Decided to buy a pair or these plant warmers. Just plugged them in and now my phyto sits at a nice 80 degrees and seems to be growing much better

I just split bottom and want to see how dark I can get the top one before splitting

I notice the phyto does not accumulate on the bottom as much since heating
