Help: Unhappy Ricordea Yuma

I've been slowly adding Ricordea Florida and a Ricordea Yuma to my 30gal nano reef over the last month.

About two weeks ago, I added a bright purple/blue Ricordea Yuma that looked very healthy. I carefully floated it for 30 minutes and then drip-acclimated to tank water. I started it on my substrate under lower light and slowly raised the lighting to normal levels over two days.

Unfortunately, this Yuma has been looking more and more sorry since the second day in my tank and I'm trying to understand what's going wrong. I have a Toadstool mushroom that's doing well and 4 Ricordea Floridas with good color and growth. This yuma is the only coral I've had trouble with so far.

Here's background on my setup and parameters:

Water Quality (solid, 5gal water change 1-2x/week):
  • Ammonia: 0
  • Nitrite: 0
  • Nitrate: 0
  • pH: 8.3
  • Alkalinity: 13dkh
  • Calcium: 440ppm
  • Magnesium: 1400pm

Water Flow (30 gal nano tank):
  • Penguin 350 filter
  • Koralia Nano 425 - rear, bottom, right placement - facing upward and left
  • Koralia Nano 425 - front, top, left placement - facing down and right

Lighting:
  • Marineland Reef 36" LED Array (6x actinics 6am to 10pm and 30x whites 8am-6pm)
  • Kessil A350W Blue Tuna - (blues at 50%, whites at 25% from 9am to 5pm)

PAR levels measured at full intensity:
  • Mid-level (where Floridas/Yuma were): 300
  • Substrate: 150par

The lighting seems appropriate for what I've read. I moved the Yuma to the substrate from the mid-level when it wasn't doing as well, but it has not recovered. Any ideas/advice are much appreciated.
