Hy3000s very noisy

As the title says my HY3000S bubble maker for my protein skimmer is crazy loud. Has anybody else had this issue? It’s not air suction is more like the vibration in the pump. The rubber feet are in tact and touching ground. Any ideas would be great, thanks

impeller slop maybe how old is it?

I bought it used, but was told it was a whole new pump.
