I am looking to adjust the store hours in the near future and looking for some recommendations. What times and days are most convenient for you to have access to the LFS?

I am looking to adjust the store hours in the near future and looking for some recommendations. What times and days are most convenient for you to have access to the LFS?

I’ve never owned a LFS of course but from what I’ve noticed they seem very similar to the restaurant industry. Working when everyone else has off. Close Monday/Tuesday (when everyone’s working) and open every other day of the week. With the longest days being Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday.

That's pretty accurate. The work part never stops, but making sure to be ready and accessible to the customers when they are ready to shop
