Is 200 nassarius snail overkill?

I just ordered 200 snails from ebay, they came in today..great looking snails but as I'm adding them I'm wondering if maybe 200 is overkill. I haven't added all of them and they are all 1/4" or less. Puff is going to eat some I know but just wondering if I should add the entire 200..

Ah..........yes.
They are for eating dead or rotting food/corpses.
If they don't have sufficient food they'll die and pollute your tank.
I have about 4 large ones in my 90 gallon.

Yeah,just throw a salmon fillet in there every other week.
It's cool when they come out of the sand to eat.

yah i had 6 or 7 in my tank and i know for sure a few died from starvation because i just don't feed my tank a whole bunch.....200 in a 75 LOL you'd have to throw ALOT of food in there.
