light upgrade

i just upgraded the lights on my 7 gallon mini from 32 watt pc to 64 watt pc.
do you think that would be enough light intensity to keep lps? right now i have zoos, shrooms and some small leathers but would really like to put a small frogspawn or something of that nature in there. what do you think?

Thats should be more than enough for a frogspawn.
