Lighting? (yes, yet another... sorry!!)

Hi,

I know there have been more then a few lighting questions lately but I've got one...

Do I need to have Actinic lighting if I have Metal Halides?

Setup:
72bow w/ sump/refug w/ Euro skimmer, nice powerful return pump
(two) PFO 150w HQI Mini Pendants (LT-PFMINIHQI150)
PFO 150 Dual HQI MH Ballast (LT-PFAQ2-150HQI-120V).

I don't have any actinics but was thinking of adding one. Thought? What type should I add to the canopy?

IMO, no the corals do not need actinic lighting to grow. I have run a 250w XM20k for 3 years without actinic.

My 2x54 actinics have very little punch when the MH's are on but love 'em when the MH are off.

You don't "need" them but there nice.
