I'd treat the whole tank personally, unless you have very few acropora, and they can be completely removed (leaving no possibility of acropora flesh anywhere in the tank). If all those conditions apply you could try quarantining and treating all your acropora for 2 weeks, and the bugs in the main tank should die in that period (if there's truly no acropora flesh in the tank).
For dosage information search for threads by "dustin" in the RC SPS forum. It's worth reading up on the exact protocol that's been developed for this teratment.
You can get it from your vet (if you have pets) just explain what you're using it for. Or you can order it from another country online.
