Mean yellow tang.

I have 2 yellow tangs introduced to the tank within 24 hrs of each other. It’s been about a month. Maybe a little more. One is just getting meaner every day. Even the much larger Tomini is getting picked on.

Catching him and putting him in solitary would be ideal but doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen.

What do you guys think about introcing 2 more yellow tangs? Will it make it worse or will he get tired of chasing everyone around? He’d rather chase the others than eat right now.

If you introduce two more, it will diverse the aggression.

Have you tried the mirror on the side of the tank? How big is your tank?

That’s what I was thinking Dong.

It’s a 90 temp tank while I set up a larger tank as room divider in a newly finished basement. They will end up in either a 180 or 210 maybe larger.
