This is a Milwaukee M18 Compact Router Model 2723-20. Tool only no battery included. I had purchased this router to redo my stairs. However it became a nightmare working on a 200 year old house and I hired a contractor to finish it.

It is BNIB and never opened. Purchased from Grainger for a little over $240. Asking $200 or trade for corals
