Mixing young fish

Can I mix young True perks and bangi cardnals in the same tank.
Right now I have 1 grow out tank for the clowns and 1 for cardnals. They are around the same size and eatting the same food . I'm trying to consolidate some of the tanks around here.

I have a pair of cardinals and a pair of true percs that have been together around 7 years, never had any issues. I am not sure how many you plan to mix together but thats my experience with them.

I have adults in the same tank, I'm wondering about Like 80 clown babies/young and 6 cardnal young. In the same grow out tank which is a 35 hex?
