New thread voting feature

What’s with the new forum voting add-on? Seems like the emojis kinda had that covered? I get that it’s a more formal upvote mechanism but sorta weird that it also highlights the most upvoted post as the “solution” like in the attached image

It has to do with posting a question and is a feature of the forum software
