new to boston reefers

hey everyone I'm new to this site. I have a a 24 gallon aquapod (reef) w/ a royal gramma, one clown, a randalls goby, pistol shrimp, cleaner, a peppermint shrimp, some zoos, 2 ricordeas, a hammer coral, and a frogspawn. i hope to get to know all of you and i hope to get some great advise.
