Queen Angel & French Angel

Hi, wondering what this white growth is on my Queen and French... Viral, Parasitic, etc.?

I have a 7.5" queen for a good time, once she got scratch on rock and then a white spot, however, could be a different case. Is she eating well? If so, she should be ok, usually when they get sick or parasite, they refuse to eat most the time. Again, these are on my fishes, it might be different from others. Good luck anyway
