I bought a xr15 for me refugium to see if it can double as a frag tank. I set it up yesterday and the software picked it up and it adopted the current schedule of my DT.

I want it to run the same lighting schedule but opposite of the DT tank. Heating and PH help is what i'm after albeit it will be minimal.

I assume, but I don't know, that I need to set the refugium up as a separate aquarium so that it can run a different lighting schedule. Would you all agree? Any experience here?

That or you could just put the radion on its own outlet timer

I run mine as a separate tank so I can adjust it differently than my xr30's
