RBTA Anenome Removal

So my two RBTA decided they hate everything after a year of being happy in their at the time new tank.
One completely vanished, while the other had an interesting voyage.
It decided to upfoot, crawl over the corner baffle, crawl into the durso stand pipe, crawl down the extensive 1-1/4" drain pipe all the way into my basement and hang out in my 30G protein skimmer chamber over my 150G refigium.
Apparently its happy there and is clinging pretty firmly to the glass, or it regrets the decision entirely and is just hanging on for dear life.

Regardless, how do I remove it from the glass with out harming the foot?

man, removing the nem off of the glass is the easiest than from rocks or any other surface.
a razor blade or plastic credit card will make them come off easily.

i have a rbta and when it first was introduced in my tank it crawled under my rockwork, i used ice cubes to get its foot to release while also gently swaying it from side to side with my fingers, it takes a while (maybe 4-8 min depends how big the anemonie is)
