salifert alk test kit froze

So I ordered a test kit and it was left out on the door step this morning. When I got home it was frozen. Anyone have this happen and be able to rely on the kit?

I don't know about salifert, but the Hanna alk reagent is still good after freezing. I called the rep, and he said just let it thaw out. Hopefully, the salifert is the same. Is there a number you can call?
