small green algae spots!!!

like the title says i have started to get some lime green spots on the glass of my tank not a lot but there are some spots

any concern for this

i just started using some purple up maybe coraline algae

any ideas???

I'd be careful about using "purple-up". I've heard some horror storries about that stuff, like when you stop using it all the new coraline will start to die off, and turn white. Just to let you know. I'd try doing some research on that stuff. IMO

i just bought that stuff and used it once so far
maybe i can put it away
i heard that corlaine algae can grow on its own
and thats what i wouls like to see
