I'd like to continue to build the Top ten nano fish thread into a top 20 so if you would like, post in that thread with a pic and a stat. Also if you want I can enter it in there for you.

I think any of those High fin gobys would be a great choice, I've had them in big tanks in the past and they don't do a whole lot of swimming they are usually content w a little area they claim. Even when feeding they don't usually stray too far from their area. Pair it w a pistol shrimp and they will really stick to a tunnel or hole

If you're going for nano scale, nothing beats the little yellow clown goby.
