So I know there are some fish that will eat Majanos.. Like Matted filefish, Bi-color angel and Racoon butterfly... great..
They will also eat other stuff, and no guaranty they will eat the majanos.....
Unless.... Fish CAN be trained.. I have done it.. I trained a Copperbanded butterfly to eat aptasia once upon a time, and it would eat nothing else.. It eventually died after it ate all the aips in my tank...
I figure the way to train the above is to put them in a tank with no food source but majano's for a good long period of time...
Unfortunately, I don't have a separate tank... I know someone here would LOVE this project.... I could supply some "FREE" Majanos if needed...
I'd be willing to buy or rent this fish then pass it along to someone else who needs it...
Thoughts??
My tank is a true reef with many polyps and corals that would need to be eaten LAST by any such fish.. which is the trick...
