What’s a good “inexpensive” refugium light

I’m just looking for something to grow like chaeto or whatever. I’ve tried a few different (over the counter) grow lights. I’m just wondering if there is something decent to use for a reasonable private. The refugium portion of my sump is probably 15-20 gallons.
Currently have just a standard light bulb fixture, with a “grow light” LED from hardware store.. nothing fancy.

It has more to do with the intensity , just get a 100-200 watt light in there and cheato will grow. We used to use a power compact floodlight back in the day and cheato just grew, was nothing fancy but it worked

Now I have the smaller Kessil.. it's ok but, not as good as either of these above.

I've had good luck with a Reef Breeders fuge light. I think it was 60 bucks. Not tunable, but I just adjusted the height until the chaeto was happy.

I use a clip on fixture with a 5k bulb from Home Depot. The bulb is about $8. Works fine.
