I guess I should clarify. Not the flat worms I know what they are. Eventually I hope to get a wrasse and a Mandarin to clean that up.
 
Do they live in those little holes?
They’ll live in your sand, in your rock, basically anywhere they can fit. Looks like those are their holes (lol). Some info:https://www.saltwateraquariumblog.c...ghetti worm is a,tube to catch food particles.
They’re one of those hitchhikers that is beneficial in small amounts for their ability to break down detritus, but can become a nuisance if their population explodes. Less food = less worms.

Once you get a wrasse it’s going to have a field day with those flatworms! Any thoughts on which type you’re going to add?

Haven't dialed in on anything just yet. My tank is comprised mostly larger fish right now one of them being a 5 in arc eye hawkfish. I'm a little hesitant to add anything small while he's still in the tank as it maybe come an expensive dinner. I've got a larger tank in the wings that I have to set up and then I'll worry about adding a bunch of smaller fish.
