what is the best stand to buy

i,ve bought two and my sump when it burbs it hits the stand. The stand are press board so they started to split from water splashes. I was thinking of angle iron and just panel it after. The problem with that is my sump is smaller than the show tank. anyone have ideas or where i can have this done at?

buy a pine one and waterproof the inside
