Can anyone help me figure out what theses are and if there good or bad if bad what do I do thank you the white stuff is in my rock just the one rock and the werid spider nem looking crap lol

First pic is aiptasia a pest anemone common predators include peppermint shrimp, aiptasia eating filefish and Berghia nudibranches. Second pic looks like a sponge I think which are fine.

The white stuff looks like sponge. Generally a harmless filter feeder and a sign of good health.

The “spider anem” thing is an aptasia anemone. They are an invasive nuisance / common headache. Not the end of the world, but they spread and will sting corals. Removal is a pain and a whole conversation in itself, but I’d suggest starting by googling “aptasia removal” and you’ll find lots of info. Don’t just try to rip it out, it’ll tear, leave bits and end up turning into several.
