Thats dumb, sad and in excusable. "They would attach chains to the reef and rev their boat engines, diesel smoke pouring into the air" WOW why? In search of a giant clam that fetches them a mere $1000, come on.
On a side note to the unrelated video thats some scary ********. Why they think they can control with military threat international air space? Not to mention the reefs they destroyed to build those islands.
