i have a 75 gallon tank with koran angel and harlequin tusk and flasher wrasse. i have a mgnum hot filter and protein skimmer and also live rock and sand. im starting to notice my angel and tusk are starting to get little white spots on them. i need some advice how to take care of it.

ich. quarantine them. Hit the search for ich and you'll find boat loads of threads and remedy's.

long of the short is, fish need to come out and go in a separate tank of sufficient size, be treated with hypo/ or copper medication for 8 weeks, then can be put back in the display...display needs to be fish free for 8 weeks.
