Will dry rock cure faster if.....

I'd think raising the temp would speed things a bit, but I doubt that raising salinity would help.
 
I think there is data out there supporting raising temp, I can't remember specifics, but I remember something like elevated temperature to 90 deg (F).
 
You basically just want to speed up bacterial growth and increasing temp will do that. I doubt increasing salinity will help and would even guess that, if anything you'd want to actually decrease salinity. Most marine bacteria actually grow better with reduced salt.
