Will this guys eat little snails and atar fish?

I would like to know if this wrasse will soon start to feed on snails and star fish.

Is this the kind that do that?MyBoston lfs said that it will

Is it a six line? Hard to tell. If it is they will eat pods and bad things in your tank like flatworms.

yup, that what they told me "melanulus". Very tough to take picture of it with cell phone.

I have one in my DT and one in my frag tank and both have been model citizens. That's not to say that others will not eat your hermits and snails.

Mine are always picking at the rocks for food and are great for bristleworm control.

i had six line before and it failes to control snails population, hopefully this guy will.

Im not real sure but millions of them come out when light out. Look like sun dial snails.
